It is focused manually. The lens is optimized for medium and further distances. It supplies a very high and distortion-free imaging quality, which can be boosted further by stopping down. Due to the fast lens speed, the walimex pro lens allows the use of shorter exposure times or lower light sensitivities. The lens is inner focusing. In this lens, an eight-blade aperture was used which makes very plastic light effects possible.
