Buy coupons

Coupons can be bought like normal articles. As soon as you have bought a coupon that has been cleared on successful payment, the amount is shown in your basket of goods. With using the link "Send coupon" you are now able to send the requested amount by email.

How to send coupons

For sending a coupon you have to click on the link "Send coupon" in your shopping basket. In order to send a coupon, the following details are required from your side: the recipient's first and last name. The recipient's valid email address. The requested amount (you can even send partial amounts of your credit). A brief message to the recipient. Please check your details prior to sending them. Before sending your details, you are allowed to correct your details at any time.

Redeeming coupons

With having a credit at your disposal, you can use this to pay for your order. During the order procedure you have the opportunity to redeem your credit. Should your credit be lower than your value of goods, you have to choose your preferred method of payment for the remaining balance. Should your credit be higher than the value of goods, the remaining balance is certainly at your disposal for your next order.

IMPORTANT:

A cash reimbursement of the coupon is generally excluded.

Booking coupons

If you have received a coupon by email, the amount can be booked as follows:

• Click on the link indicated in the email. If you do not have a personal client's account yet, the opportunity to open an account is provided.
• After having put a product in your basket of goods, you can enter your coupon code there.
